Max Talbot puts Bella Vista home on the market

FORMER FLYER Max Talbot is officially leaving Philly behind, putting his Bella Vista home on the market. Talbot was traded from the Flyers to the Colorado Avalanche last month for Steve Downie.

Located on 9th Street, right below South, Talbot's former abode was a three bedroom/four bath beaut complete with a tricked-out kitchen, Jacuzzi and a walk-in closet that is bigger than some of the apartments I've lived in.

Too bad Talbot and Olympic figure-skater girlfriend Cynthia Phaneuf are moving. They're reportedly expecting their first child, and the house is located in the much-coveted catchment for the Meredith School.

Usually when big-time celebs hit Philly restaurants, they'll go to the fancy-shmancy spots where a meal costs about the same as a car payment. Not Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who went with simpler fare.

New parents Kimye decided to hit up the Wendy's on 15th and Chestnut on Friday night with their entourage in tow. In a pic posted to Instagram, it looked as if Kardashian was abstaining from the calorically heavy meal, while her husband-to-be chowed down.

Kardashian then watched West's Yeezus tour at the Wells Fargo Center on Saturday, Instagramming a picture of the spacey set for her 11.3 million followers. Kim arrived at the arena hand-in-hand with Kanye and sat on a VIP riser on the floor to watch the show.

Peterman in "Seinfeld," was in town this weekend, returning as host of the Philadelphia Kennel Club's National Dog Show. O'Hurley stayed at the Hyatt House (240 Mall Blvd.) and supped on chowder and steamers at the King of Prussia location of Legal Seafoods (680 W. Dekalb Pike). The funnyman also chilled with personalities on BEN-FM, including Marilyn Russell. He's the voice-over man for the little-bit-o'-everything station. The National Dog Show will air on Thanksgiving Day from noon to 2 p.m., following the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on NBC. * Onetime 93.3 WMMR colleagues Pierre Robert andJoe Conklin caught Elvis Costello's solo set yesterday at the Merriam.
