* This Sunday, Philly's Iron Chef Jose Garces returns to the Kitchen Stadium and "Iron Chef America," where he'll face Tuscan specialist Cesare Casella in a seafood-centric episode. It's live and, if past bouts are any indication, intense. Tune in at 10 p.m. on the Food Network. Garces is some kitchen warrior. He triumphed over Iron Chef Bobby Flay during his first appearance on "America." He went on to best nine other chefs on "The Next Iron Chef."
