* Tuesday is National Rum Day. Hmmm . . . how to celebrate? One option would be the half-price rum happy hour from 5-7 p.m. at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar (10 S. 2nd St., 215-627-0666). The restaurant has 80 rums and 35 rum cocktails. Seven of those rums are Cuba Libre's signature line. The restaurant also is celebrating its 10th anniversary with menu items inspired by Chef Guillermo Pernot's recent visits to Cuba.
