There are more than 50 candidates running for Philadelphia City Council in the May 21 primary. The Inquirer Editorial Board surveyed all the candidates about their views on some of the issues at stake. We’ve compiled their answers on seven key ones: the so-called “soda tax” on sweetened beverages, sanctuary cities, supervised injection sites, the 10-year property tax abatement, City Council term limits, bike lanes, and charter schools. Here are their stances.
