READING - Mike Hinckley, Jim Magrane and Zechry Zinicola combined on a two-hitter last night as the Harrisburg Senators beat the Reading Phillies, 2-0, in the Eastern League.

READING - Mike Hinckley, Jim Magrane and Zechry Zinicola combined on a two-hitter last night as the Harrisburg Senators beat the Reading Phillies, 2-0, in the Eastern League.

The trio struck out eight and walked three as the Senators broke a seven-game losing streak to Reading.

The Senators scored single runs off Heath Totten (1-3) in the first and second innings, both on two-out singles.

Meanwhile, the lefthanded Hinckley stymied the Phillies on one hit - a double by Brian Burgamy - in six innings.

LAKEWOOD, N.J. - Carl Henry drove in three runs to lead the BlueClaws to a South Atlantic League victory over the Shorebirds. Carlos Monasterios (1-1) struck out six in seven innings.

Frederick 4, Wilmington 3

FREDERICK, Md. - Ryan Finan went 3 for 4 with two homers to lead the Keys to a Carolina League win.

Rainouts. Ottawa's International League game at Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and Trenton's Eastern League game against Connecticut were rained out. No makeup dates were set.
