Passion open up season with 60-6 win over Charm

The Philadelphia Passion opened up their second season in the Lingerie Football League with a blowout win, 60-6, against the Baltimore Charm at home on Friday, Sept. 17.

The Philadelphia Passion opened up their second season in the Lingerie Football League with a blowout win, 60-6, against the Baltimore Charm at home on Friday, Sept. 17.

The Passion scored roughly three minutes into the game on a 28-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Christy Bell to wide receiver/running back Tyrah Lusby.

They added to their first-half lead with an 11-yard touchdown run by wide receiver Jaleesa McCrary, a one-yard touchdown from by Lusby, a 15-yard touchdown run by running back Marirose Roach and another touchdown pass from Bell to Lusby.

The Charm were down 33-0 at the half and scored their only touchdown of the game on a two-yard touchdown run in the second half.

The Passion finished with 137 rushing yards and 113 yards in the air. Baltimore finished with 134 rushing yards but only 24 passing yards.

The Passion's next game will be Friday, Oct. 15 against the Caliente in Miami.
