Catholic League basketball title games returning to Palestra

The 2018 championship doubleheader has been scheduled for Feb. 26.

The Philadelphia Catholic League on Wednesday announced that its 2017-18 girls' and boys' basketball championship games will again be played at the Palestra.

The 2018 championship doubleheader has been scheduled for Monday, Feb. 26. Game times are to be announced.

The boys' semifinals are also scheduled to be played at the Palestra, on Wednesday, Feb. 21.  Tickets are to become available online in February for $1 more than purchasing them at the participating schools or at the Palestra box office on the days of the games. Additional ticket information is to be announced.

Archbishop Wood won its first boys' crown last season at the Palestra with a 65-58 victory over Neumann-Goretti. The Cardinal O'Hara girls won their title with a 35-30 victory over Archbishop Wood.
