The Eagles released their final injury report on Wednesday, and it confirmed that the team will be without quarterback Carson Wentz and wide receivers Alshon Jeffery and Mack Hollins in Thursday's season opener against the Atlanta Falcons.

Coach Doug Pederson had already said the Eagles would be without Wentz (knee), Jeffery (shoulder), and Hollins (groin), so the news wasn't a surprise. The Eagles are also missing linebacker Nigel Bradham, who is suspended this week.

The good news for the Eagles is that they'll have defensive end Michael Bennett (knee) and running back Jay Ajayi (foot). Both players missed practice earlier this week, but neither is on the final injury report.

The Eagles signed Markus Wheaton on Tuesday to prepare for the absences of two of the team's top four wide receivers. The receivers for Thursday's game are Nelson Agholor, Mike Wallace, Shelton Gibson, DeAndre Carter, and Wheaton.
