Miami Dolphins' Richie Incognito admits 'mental stress,' seeks psychological treatment in Arizona

It looks like Richie Incognito is finally getting his life in order.

It looks like Richie Incognito is finally getting his life in order.

The Miami Dolphins offensive lineman's situation has not gotten much better since he became embroiled in a scandal over bullying teammate Jonathan Martin. Just a few days ago, Incognito admitted that he smashed his own Ferrari as a way of "venting" and "self expression."

Now Incognito is seeking mental help to get himself back to normal. As the NFL Network's Jeff Darlington reported Friday:

After a very long few weeks, I can report Richie Incognito has accepted professional help in wake of severe mental stress from Wells report.
Incognito is currently being treated at a facility in Arizona after what has been some very stressful times for him & those closest to him.
