Kentucky started its second straight week and fourth this season as the No. 1 team in the Associated Press' men's poll.
The Wildcats were again a runaway choice, receiving 63 first-place votes from the 65-member national media panel on Monday.
Syracuse, which got the other No. 1 votes, and Ohio State each moved up one place, to second and third. Missouri, which had been No. 2, dropped to fourth after its loss to Oklahoma State.
North Carolina, Baylor, Duke, Kansas, Michigan State and undefeated Murray State round out the top 10.
Missouri 67, Texas 66 - Michael Dixon scored 21 points, including the game-winning layup with 31 seconds left, as the fourth-ranked Tigers (20-2, 7-2 Big 12) survived the Longhorns (13-9, 3-6) in Austin, Texas.
Cabrini 82, Eastern 76 - Cory Lemons had 27 points to lift the Cavaliers (19-1) over the host Eagles (13-6) in St. Davids.
With the win, Cabrini retained the Eagle Road Trophy annually contested by the neighboring schools.
University of Sciences 78, Cheyney 68 - Garret Kerr (Middle Township) had 21 points to lead the host Devils (3-14) over the Wolves (3-15).
Jason Sabb (South Philadelphia) had 33 points and 11 rebounds for Cheyney.
Baylor remained the unanimous No. 1 in the AP poll.
Notre Dame, Connecticut, Stanford and Duke followed the Bears. Connecticut and Duke play each other on Monday night. Kentucky was sixth. Miami, Tennessee, Maryland and Wisconsin-Green Bay round out the first 10.
Delaware was No. 12, one ranking ahead of Rutgers. Penn State was No. 19.
Connecticut 61, Duke 45 - Bria Hartley scored 15 points and the No. 3 Huskies (20-2) beat the No. 5 Blue Devils (17-3) in Durham, N.C., to snap Duke's 34-game winning streak at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Alvernia 81, Neumann 67 - Kelli McIntyre had 18 points to lead the the Crusaders (9-10) over the Knights (10-10) in Aston.
Sami Borcky (Sun Valley) had 20 points for Neumann.
