Drexel freshman Gabriela Marginean, who fouled out in the fourth overtime, set a school record for the Dragons (8-19, 3-13) by lighting up the Huskies (4-23, 3-13) for 47 points.

Ohio State 78, Penn State 61 - Jessica Davenport scored 26 points and Ashlee Trebilcock had 17 to help No. 5 Ohio State (25-2, 14-1 Big Ten) beat Penn State (13-15, 6-9) in Columbus, Ohio, and clinch at least a share of its third league title in a row.

Illinois 56, Michigan State 46 - Lori Bjork scored 12 points and Chelsea Gordon and Erin Wigley added nine apiece to help Illinois (18-9, 8-7 Big Ten) upset No. 20 Michigan State (21-7, 12-3) in Champaign, Ill.

Vanderbilt 68, LSU 58 - Carla Thomas scored 23 points, and 12th-ranked Vanderbilt (24-4, 10-3 Southeastern Conference) beat the No. 7 Tigers (23-6, 9-4) in Nashville.

Stanford 65, UCLA 54 - Jayne Appel scored 24 points to help No. 8 Stanford (24-4, 16-1) overcome the absence of leading scorer Candice Wiggins and clinch at least a share of its seventh straight Pac-10 title with a victory over UCLA (7-10, 13-16) in Stanford, Calif.

Tennessee 75, Arkansas 68 - Candace Parker scored 29 points and No. 2 Tennessee (26-2, 13-0 SEC) dodged a huge upset bid with an overtime victory over Arkansas (18-11, 3-10) in Fayetteville, Ark.

North Carolina 96, Wake Forest 47 - Camille Little scored 19 points and Ivory Latta 14 to help No. 4 North Carolina (27-2, 11-2 Atlantic Coast Conference) over Wake Forest (9-18, 0-13) in Chapel Hill, N.C.

Purdue 76, Iowa 52 - Katie Gearlds scored 28 points and Erin Lawless added 18 to help No. 15 Purdue (24-5, 13-2 Big Ten) beat Iowa (13-15, 5-10) in West Lafayette, Ind.

Middle Tennessee 68, Troy 60 - Chrissy Givens and Krystle Horton had double-doubles to lead No. 17 Middle Tennessee (25-3, 17-0 Sun Belt Conference) to its 22d win in a row, over Troy (12-15, 5-12) in Troy, Ala.

Delaware 77, James Madison 67 - Tyresa Smith scored 32 points to help Delaware (23-4, 14-2 CAA) upset No. 22 James Madison (24-3, 15-1) in Newark, Del.

Wisconsin-Green Bay 73, Wright State 42 - Kayla Groh and Katy Harty each scored 12 points to lead No. 24 Wisconsin-Green Bay (22-3, 13-0 Horizon League) over Wright State (7-17, 5-8) in Green Bay, Wis., for its 19th straight victory.

La Salle 71, Charlotte 62 - The Explorers (18-10, 6-7 Atlantic Ten) upset the 49ers (17-11, 8-5) in the Tom Gola Arena as Carlene Hightower scored 31 points and Crista Ricketts added 17.
