Where is the quid pro quo? Where is the Great Negotiator?
The U.S. has recently acceded to Russia's request for this country to stop arming its coalition's partners in Syria and Iraq. At the same time, Russia has been arming and continues to arm the Taliban fighters in Afghanistan, to the detriment of the U.S. and its allies. Where is the quid pro quo? Where is the Great Negotiator?
