A public forum on arts and cultural issues for Philadelphia's mayoral candidates has been set for April 15. It will be sponsored by the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance and the Arts and Business Council of Greater Philadelphia.

The forum was announced yesterday by the two groups. It will be held from 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. at the Academy of Natural Sciences, 19th Street and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Seating is limited; those who want to attend should register online at www.philaculture.org/forum.

The forum will be moderated by NBC10 reporter Steve Highsmith and include panelists Lorene Cary, executive director of Art Sanctuary; Happy Fernandez, president of Moore College of Art and Design; and Steven T. Wray, executive director of the Pennsylvania Economy League.- Joseph A. Slobodzian
