The Philadelphia Police Department released the following biographical information on the six narcotics officers charged today with RICO conspiracy, robbery, extortion, kidnapping and drug dealing:
Thomas Liciardello: 38 years old, a 19-year veteran of the force with 12 years in the narcotics division.
Perry Betts: 46 years old, a 19-year veteran of the force with 13 years in the narcotics division.
Linwood Norman: 46 years old, a 24-year veteran of the force with 16 years in the narcotics division.
Brian Reynolds: 43 years old, a 20-year veteran of the force with 13 years in the narcotics division.
John Speiser: 42 years old, a 19-year veteran of the force with five years in the narcotics division.
Michael Spicer: 46 years old, a 19-year veteran of the force with 12 years in the narcotics division.
