Man shot to death in North Phila.
A 28-year-old man died after being shot Thursday afternoon in North Philadelphia, police said. The victim was shot at least six times about 4:30 p.m. near 11th and Poplar Streets, police said, in the area of the Richard Allen Homes.

He was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police said the victim's car was found still running at the site of the shooting.
