Alleged package snatcher captured on video

Police are searching for a man in South Philadelphia caught on video nonchalantly snatching a UPS package from the front steps of a Girard Estates home.

On the video, from October 20, a man in a blue Adidas tracksuit can be seen walking along the 2400 block of Bancroft Street.

Spotting a package, the man - about 40, bald and with a mustache - quickly bends down, tucks it under his arm and keeps on walking, barely breaking stride.
