The creepy perv who terrorized women in November by robbing them at gunpoint and fondling their feet has struck again, police said.
According to cops, the latest attack occurred about 3:30 a.m. yesterday in Fairmount.
Police said a 32-year-old woman was walking east on Aspen Street in Fairmount when a man placed a gun to her head and forced her to walk less than a mile to 22nd and Brown streets.
That was where "he told the woman to unfasten her jeans and made her take off her shoes," said the investigator, who declined to be named.
Then the attacker robbed the woman of about $40 before fleeing on foot, the cop said.
Police did not know yesterday on which block of Aspen the incident occurred.
The man was described as black, mid-30s, about 5 feet 8 and 140 pounds.
"He was also clean-shaven and was wearing a green jacket and black gloves," the investigator said.
Police have been trying to track down the attacker since the beginning of November, when he began terrorizing Center City.
The first reported attack of this nature, police said, was Nov. 11 when a 21-year-old woman was forced to a secluded area on South Street near 32nd, searched for money and fondled.
In a second attack, a woman, 55, was robbed and fondled Nov. 22 on Folsom Street near 17th in Francisville, police said.
Thanksgiving brought the attack total to four when two more women were victimized, cops said: A 26-year-old woman was robbed and attacked on Walnut Street near 24th; the same thing happened to a 42-year-old woman on Spruce Street near 24th.
Three days later, on Nov. 26, a woman, 31, was robbed and assaulted on Pine Street near 18th.
A sixth attack, police said, took place Dec. 16, when a man assaulted and robbed a woman, 33, after she got off a bus at 19th and Federal streets in South Philadelphia.
