Coach Andy Talley says he plans to use former starter Antwon Young a little more as backup QB, in case anything happens to Chris Whitney (shoulder) ... Talley can tie former New Hampshire coach Bill Bowes for most CAA wins, with 97 ... 'Cats are home next week against nationally ranked New Hampshire.
Northeastern update: Never an easy place to play ... Huskies lost last week at Maine, without seven injured starters. Their status remains uncertain ... Record is deceiving. Two losses were to I-A schools. Also lost at Southern Georgia, in OT, as well as close games to Massachusetts and New Hampshire ... Coach Rocky Hager is a former Temple assistant.
