Jockey Victor Molina, one of the top riders at Philadelphia Park for years, was ejected from the track yesterday when television viewers complained to track management after seeing him kick the horse he had been scheduled to ride in the third race.

Yes Yes Ohyes, a 2-year-old first timer, was scratched after having problems at the gate. Then, the kicking incident occurred.

"The horse was very fractious in the post parade," Equibase chart caller Lew Zagnit said. "When he got into the gate, he flipped. Then, the horse was scratched. The camera was following Victor the entire time. Victor walks over, takes his saddle off and just as he takes his saddle off, he kicks the horse right in the stomach."

After the race, the stewards told Zagnit "this phone has not stopped ringing."

A stewards' hearing for Molina is set for this morning. *
