LaRon Landry

School: LSU

Size: 6-0 1/2, 213

40 time: 4.37

Projected round: 1

Quote: "To me, this is one of the safest picks in the draft. He's everything you want in today's safety. He can cover the slot man-to-man. He can play two-deep coverage. He can play centerfield. He can play in the box and make tackles. Anything you ask a safety to do he can do. He's interchangeable at SS or FS. A 4-year starter in a national program who has not been hurt. There are no holes in this kid's game."

Sabby Piscitelli

School: Oregon State

Size: 6-3, 224

40 time: 4.43

Projected round: 3

Quote: "He ran a 3.90 (20-yard) shuttle, which was faster than any of the defensive backs at the combine, including all of the corners. He's got a body that, if I could have one guy's body for 1 day just to walk up and down the beach, it would be his. He's more of an in-the-box strong safety. Some teams have looked at him as an outside linebacker, but I don't think he has that innate toughness to play there. He misses too many tackles."

Marvin White

School: Texas Christian

Size: 6-1 1/4, 199

40 time: 4.52

Projected round: 5

Quote: "White is a tough, physical in-the-box strong safety that will help a team immediately on special teams. He's flown under the radar because he's not flashy."
