Stormy Daniels gets comic book treatment from Philly artist

Adult actress Stormy Daniels will detail her ongoing legal battle with President Donald Trump in a book to be released next month. But now, Daniels' story gets animated, thanks to a Philly-based comic book artist.

TidalWave Productions has released Philadelphia artist Joe Paradise's take on Daniels biography with "Political Power: Stormy Daniels," which is now available via Amazon. Written and illustrated by Paradise, the comic is part of the TidalWave's "Political Power" series, which has featured stories about political figures like Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, Barack Obama, and others in past editions.

Paradise's Daniels comic will detail some of the biggest recent news stories featuring the adult film actress, including her alleged affair with Trump, as well as the hush money scandal that developed earlier this year. According to a release, the book will show Daniels' "journey from scrappy opportunist to unlikely feminist icon."

"Between the ludicrous denial of the Daniels affair and the accounts of what's contained in the Steele dossier I started to think there might be something else going on," Paradise said.

To date, TidalWave has featured more than 60 political figures in its biographical "Political Power" series. Most recently, Paradise illustrated an issue dealing with Jeb Bush back in 2015.

Daniels autobiography, Full Disclosure, is scheduled to be released Oct. 2 via St. Martin's Press. News of the book has generated significant controversy, as it will follow Daniels' life "from a rough childhood in Louisiana onto the national stage," as well as "the events that led to the nondisclosure agreement and the behind-the-scenes attempts to intimidate her," according to a release.

The adult film actress made headlines again earlier this week for the book, which reportedly contains a detailed description of President Trump's genitalia, according to a copy obtained by The Guardian. In the book, the Guardian reports, Daniels writes that Trump "knows he has an unusual penis," which she compared to the character Toad from the video game Mario Kart.

"It may have been the least impressive sex I'd ever had, but clearly, he didn't share that opinion," Daniels reportedly wrote.

"Political Power: Stormy Daniels" is available via Amazon in Kindle, paperback, and hardcover versions. Prices start at $5.99.
