Lindsay Lohan in legal trouble again!? This time, though, she appears to be the victim.

Christian LaBella, 25, an aide to GOP U.S. Rep. John Shimkus of Illinois, was arrested on misdemeanor assault and har–assment charges after he had a run-in with LiLo in her Manhattan hotel room.

The New York Daily News says the duo, who met at a club, had a fight when LiLo discovered LaBella had been taking photos of her with his cellphone and e-mailing them to pals. She claims he choked her from behind and threw her to the floor.

"She's very shaken up," her mum, Dina, told the News Sunday. "Thank God he didn't have a weapon." LiLo also may be charged with harassment for her part in the fight.

Hathaway weds in Big Sur

Anne Hathaway "looked very pretty" in a Valentino gown at her wedding Saturday, Anonymous Source tells People. "The wedding was lovely and Anne looked gorgeous." Hathaway, the "ultimate on-screen princess" (People) exchanged vows with actor and jewelry designer Adam Shulman in Big Sur, Calif. She eschewed jewelry, accessorizing with only a 1920s-inspired headband attached to a simple veil.

'Hotel,' 'Looper' win big

The animated monster comedy Hotel Transylvania, which stars Adam Sandler as Dracula, Kevin James as Frankenstein , led at the box office over the weekend, earning $43 mil, according to studio estimates. Its Saturday tally of $19 mil set a record for biggest single September day, which is quite exciting.

Second place belongs to sci-fi actioner Looper ($21.2 mil). It stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt as an assassin ordered to kill an older, Bruce Willis-ian version of himself sent back from the future. Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Peña's hard-edged cop drama End of Watch made $8 million in its second week to take third place.
