Kendrick Lamar paid homage to his Compton roots by taking kids from his former school, Centennial High School, to the Grammys on Monday night. The young guests took home free Reeboks.

"Seeing them out here, it just reminds me of, you know, where you come from," Lamar said in a vid posted Tuesday by Reebok, which announced it had donated the shoes. It also noted that Lamar wore Reeboks during his Grammy performance.
