Kim and Kanye find their dream house

 K IM KARDASHIAN and Kanye West are finally planning to move out of Kris Jenner's house.

But they're not going far.

Don't want to be lugging that reality TV-show equipment all around Cali.

TMZ.com reports that the couple of Ks are in escrow for an estate once owned by Lisa Marie Presley only five minutes from their current Calabasas residence.

Purchase price was $20 million, a million below the listing.

E! News says that the 3 1/2 acre love shack has two pools, two spas, two barbecue centers and its very own vineyard so the pair can get plastered on their own vino and never have to socialize with each other.

Maybe this is the ideal home for Jay Z and Beyonce.

A few weeks ago a big deal was made about "Weird Al" Yankovic's first-ever No. 1 album on the Billboard charts. This week Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers have their first ever No. 1.

The reason? Older people still buy CDs (although in smaller numbers) and young people don't - so veteran acts do better on the album chart (selling fewer discs but charting higher) and newer acts (aside from Taylor Swift, Beyonce, etc.) do better on iTunes and Spotify.

Petty's new release, "Hypnotic Eye," sold 131,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

In second place was Eric Clapton with "The Breeze: An Appreciation of JJ Cale." Slowhand was followed by "Awesome Mix Vol. 1," a collection of '70s songs from the soundtrack of "Guardians of the Galaxy." It sold 60,000 copies.

Billboard reports that album sales were down 15 percent last week and down 15 percent for the year. Total U.S. album sales for 2014 so far are 142.1 million units. In 2000, worldwide CD sales were nearly 2.5 billion.

* Helen Mirren is coming to Broadway.

She'll be bringing "The Audience," Peter Morgan's play about Queen Elizabeth II, which earned her an Olivier Award in London.

"The Audience" imagines the private weekly meetings between the queen and Britain's prime ministers over her six-decade reign.

Previews start Feb. 17.

* We don't usually do mentions of movies in production because there's always a movie in production somewhere, but principal photography has just wrapped on "The Walk," directed by Robert Zemeckis.

The film stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt as daredevil Philippe Petit and is based on his book, To Reach the Clouds.

Petit, some of you may recall, strung an illegal wire between the two towers of the World Trade Center and walked between them . . . 40 years ago today.

* Now that the Trump casinos in Atlantic City are in trouble, Donald Trump is suing their present owners to have his name removed.

You know things are bad when Trump doesn't want to see his own name.

The Donald told the Associated Press that he has sued Trump Entertainment Resorts, a descendant of a corporate entity he once controlled, because it has allowed the Trump Plaza and the Trump Taj Mahal to fall into disrepair, tarnishing his personal brand and confusing customers.

"I want it off both of them," Trump said in an interview Tuesday evening. "I've been away from Atlantic City for many years. People think we operate [the company], and we don't. It's not us. It's not me."

Trump Plaza is set to close on Sept. 16.

Although Trump is suing the company that bears his name, he actually still retains a 10 percent stake, which enables the company to use his name for licensing purposes. He has not considered whether to divest his remaining ownership stake in the company.

As predicted by Tattle comic-book correspondent Jerome Maida, Warner Bros. is moving its big tentpole release "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" off May 6, 2016, to avoid going fist-to-fist with Marvel's third Captain America movie.

"Batman v. Superman" will now open March 25. This means that summer movie previews will run when it's still winter.
