College friends David Lynch and Ben Smith, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., created the original Torchbearer Sauce to preserve the habañeros growing in their yards. The sauces - with carrots, tomatoes and mandarin oranges - were so popular, they decided to market them. Now there are 10 varieties.
