Placed right along the Delaware River, Morgan's Pier is a city favorite for outdoor drinking and summer-themed foods and cocktails. Not to mention the incredible view of the Ben Franklin Bridge (we know you're going to want to Instagram the one). They also host a number of dance parties and concerts once the weather heats up.

Spruce Street Harbor
Columbus Blvd. & Spruce St. (Penn's Landing)
This popular seasonal pop-up park became a sensation once it opened in 2014. From outdoor games (like life-sized Connect Four), hammocks, and a stellar view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, Spruce Street Harbor Park is a must-see if your visiting the city. A special area designated for the 21+ is located right next to the river.
