King of Prussia to see blizzard of restaurant openings

Fogo de Chão will be the first of 14 restaurants opening at or near the mall.

Chain-chain-chains.

King of Prussia has them, and it's about to get plenty more.

King of Prussia Town Center, where the Pennsylvania Turnpike, I-76, and Routes 422 and 202 converge, will house eight of them. First out of the gate will be the Brazilian steak house Fogo de Chão, opening July 21. Due to open in August is Davio's Italian Steakhouse & Davio's Cafe. Up for late summer and early fall are branches of b.good, City Works, Honeygrow, Naf Naf Grill, and Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar. On the slate for 2017 is Founding Farmers.

Nearby, at the new expansion of the King of Prussia Mall, Aug. 18 is the target opening of Savor, its dining destination. The Fat Ham, Nicoletta Pizza, Hai Street Kitchen & Co., Shake Shack (the second one on mall property), Melt Shop, and sweetgreen are the newcomers. Also down the road - literally, as it will be free-standing on Mall Boulevard - summer 2017 is the goal for a branch of True Food Kitchen.
