Little Fish, Chadd Jenkins' 24-seat BYO seafood charmer at Sixth and Fitzwater Streets in Bella Vista (746 S. Sixth St.), is back after a top-to-bottom redo that included not only paint, tables, chairs, and counters, but also the stove and the chef de cuisine working behind it.

She's Emily Chellew, an alumna of Fork (under Terence Feury) and Russet before she moved to San Francisco (Atelier Crenn and Saison).

Opening menu - and most entrees are now in the $30s - is below. The Sunday five-course prix-fixe is $38, and might be one of the best deals around.
