By indicating what kind of dog you're looking for using a variety of factors like age and size, BarkBuddy matches your location and preferences to connect you with pups from nearby shelters.
BarkBuddy was created by Bark & Co. the makers behiauthnd BarkBox, a monthly subscription based service for dogs similar to Birchbox for humans.
The app is currently only available for iPhone users and can be downloaded for free from the iTunes app store.
