Running season in Philadelphia kicks off on Sunday, September 18, when thousands of runners will lace up for the 39th annual AACR Rock 'n' Roll Half-Marathon.

With a little over two weeks to go, bibs are still available, though prices have jumped to $121. Luckily, we've got five free bibs to giveaway for you procrastinators out there. To enter, leave a comment below telling us why you want to run the Rock 'n' Roll Half.*

The largely flat course starts and ends at Eakins Oval in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Competitors will run down the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and around City Hall before heading over to Fairmount Avenue for new sights this year, including the historic Eastern State Penitentiary. The race continues on Kelly Drive and then turns back towards downtown at the Falls Bridge, with runners traversing MLK Drive before reaching the finish line.

Once the race is complete, runners and their families are invited to attend a free concert right at Eakins Oval, featuring Guster.

Race weekend kicks off on Friday, Sept. 16, with a Health & Fitness Expo at the Pennsylvania Convention Center from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

*We will contact winners at the email address associated with commenting accounts. Winners will be chosen at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7. Winners must sign up before online registration closes Sunday, Sept. 11 at 11:59 p.m.
