The class for men will run from 6 to 9 p.m. Jan. 23. Ricciardi will show how to bake her Apple Cheddar Crumb Pie while the guys sample Saint Benjamin Brewing Company’s English Mild Ale, provided by brewers Tim Patton and Christina Burris. She'll serve a dinner of Shepherd’s Pie with Cauliflower Mash and a green salad followed by slices of Butterscotch Bourbon Pie topped with fresh whipped cream. The cost is $90 per person.
On the day before Valentine’s Day, Ricciardi will teach a class for couples (5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 13). The class will learn to make mini-pies and will take home two dozen Apple Cinnamon Crumb and Raspberry Chocolate pies per couple. Ricciardi will serve Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Puree and Brownie Chunk pie, along with glasses of raspberry Lambic beer, while their pies bake. That class is $125 a couple.
