Chefs Andrew Kochan, Tim Lanza and Keith Krajewski of West Philly's Marigold Kitchen BYOB have a dinner date at the James Beard House in New York on July 26.

For those who can't make it, they'll serve the same menu at the restaurant on 45th Street from July 19 to 21.

The five-course preview dinner is $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. (The usual whole-shebang tasting menu is usually $90 a person.) Reservations are recommended, as each dinner will be limited to 25 people.

Chilled Beef and compressed cucumber salad with peanuts and sesame

Escargot Rockefeller with pernod bubbles, scallion puree and spiced panko

Maine Lobster with chilled corn soup, creme fraiche foam, bisque croquette and cumin popcorn

Green Circle Chicken with asparagus, lemon, foie gras, chanterelles and jus

Dulce de Leche cake with cherries, luxardo-chocolate sauce, pistachio lace cookies and cocoa
