East Passyunk is having a restaurant week

East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District (EPABID) will bring back East Passyunk Restaurant Week, from Sunday, Feb. 22 through Saturday Feb. 28, 2015.

Now in its third year, the restaurant week will feature specially priced menus from 28 East Passyunk restaurants. These three-course brunch, lunch and dinner options are priced $15, $25 and $35 each.

Newcomers will include chef Luke Palladino's Italian steakhouse Palladino's; the new three-bellers Brigantessa and Townsend; Bing Bing, the new dim sum spot from the team at Cheu Noodle Bar; and burger and fries shop P'unk Burgers.  El Sarape - formerly El Zarape when it was at 12th and East Passyunk - will host its first restaurant week in its new location at Ninth and Wharton Streets, soon to also be home to a walk-up Mexican sandwich shop on East Passyunk

For full menus, days of the week and add-ons, visit www.eastpassyunkrestaurantweek.com, starting at noon each day on Jan. 28 ($15 menus), Jan. 29 ($25 menus) and Jan. 30 ($35 menus). While some restaurants will have limited availability, many will offer their special menu every day.

Valet parking will be available for all seven days. The price is $12 for participating restaurants, and $21 for nonparticipating restaurants.

East Passyunk Restaurant Week participating restaurants include:

• Adobe Café (1919 EPA) – Southwestern specialties with a large vegan menu and festive bar scene

• Bing Bing (1648 EPA) – From the award-winning Cheu Noodle Bar comes this much-anticipated, stylishly-adorned dim sum restaurant and full service bar

• Birra (1700 EPA) – Creative brick oven pizzeria with unique antipasti and salads and a fun, full service bar

• Brigantessa (1520 EPA) – Southern Italian specialties including Pizza Napoletana, centered around a wood-fired oven and full service bar

• Cantina los Caballitos (1651 EPA) – 'Best of Philly' winner for Mexican fare with best margaritas in the city

• Chhaya Café (1819 EPA) – This neighborhood favorite serves homemade sweet and savory waffles, soups and salads, with a full service coffee bar

• Chiarella's (1600 S. 11th Street.) – Classic meets contemporary creativity in this Italian eatery on the Singing Fountain

• Dante Espresso Bar and Café (1615 EPA) – Cozy lunch spot with Tuscan murals, the aroma of fresh-brewed coffee, and over-the-top sandwiches and salads

• El Sarape (1304 S. 9th Street) – 'Best of Philly' winner for outstanding tacos, now in a new location. BYOB

• Fond (1537 S. 11th Street) – 'Best of Philly' winner for refined and flavorful contemporary French-American fare with a full bar

• Izumi (1601 EPA) – 'Best of Philly' winner for high-end Japanese cuisine at neighborhood prices, with a great view of the Singing Fountain

• Le Virtu (1927 EPA) – Pays thoughtful homage to Abruzzo, earning recognition as one of the 10 hottest Italian restaurants in the nation by Zagat

• Lucky 13 (1820 S. 13th Street) – Casual punk-rock pub with hearty bar food, homemade hot sauce, and great vegan options

• Mamma Maria Ristorante (1627 EPA) – Mamma's genuine authentic Italian recipes please the eye, fill the stomach, and warm the soul

• Marra's (1743 EPA) – Long-time favorite "red gravy" joint that stays true to 80+ year old family recipes

• P'unk Burger (1823 EPA) – The owners of Slice are expanding with this new all-natural burger, fries and shake joint

• Stateside (1536 EPA) – Creative fare and strictly American-made craft cocktail bar, earning it a standing spot on the Top 50 Best Restaurant list

• Stogie Joe's (1801 EPA) – Your go-to place for friendly folks, cold beer, and everything made from scratch – just like Grandma did it

• Townsend (1623 EPA) – This classic French restaurant with high end craft cocktails has made it on every 'Best Of' list in the city… for good reason

• Tre Scalini (1915 EPA) – East Passyunk longtime favorite BYOB with authentic traditional Italian menu
