Second man arrested in fatal Feltonville robbery

Police have arrested a second man in last week's fatal shooting of a man in Feltonville.

Police have arrested a second man in last week's fatal shooting of a man in Feltonville.

Andrew Baker, 29, was charged with murder, robbery, conspiracy and related offenses for the June 10 slaying of Moises Mora, 24. Police already had arrested Joshua Voght, 29, in connection with the incident.

Police say Voght, Baker and one other man approached Mora and three of his friends as they hung out on the front steps of a house on Caskey Street near 5th early that night. One of the trio brandished a handgun, and Mora tried to escape by running inside the house. But the robbers chased him inside, shot him once in the back and then robbed his friends of money and a cell phone.

Both men face a July 2 preliminary hearing. Court records show Baker has three prior drug arrests, and two convictions, on drug offenses.
