Cops looking for robbers of Chestnut Hill bank

Police and the FBI are looking for two men who they say robbed a Chestnut Hill bank on Tuesday.

Cops and the FBI are seeking help to track down two men who robbed a Chestnut Hill bank Tuesday afternoon.

The pair went into the Sovereign Bank on Stenton Avenue near Gravers Lane just before 12:30 p.m., authorities said, and presented a threatening note to the teller. They obtained an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction, cops said.

The robbers are described as black, about 5 feet 10, and wore black burqa-like robes and black head coverings.
