CBS3 anchor Erika von Tiehl is engaged

Morning CBS3 anchor Erika von Tiehl revealed some exciting news during Monday's program.

Charles Kincaid, her boyfriend of two years, popped the question when the two were on holiday. "We met here in Philadelphia. He proposed last week when we were on vacation in Charleston." She showed off the rock to the camera.
