In Wednesday's Inquirer, a sentence in a story about the resignation of Radnor school district superintendent Gary Cooper should have read: Since June, eight administrators either have left or will soon be leaving, and in recent months several residents, saying they thought morale was low among the staff, asked the school board to launch an investigation to determine the cause of the exodus.

A headline in yesterday's Inquirer and a headline and a story in Wednesday's Inquirer incorrectly referred to a health-insurance company led by Tom Knox as an HMO. Fidelity Insurance is a PPO, a preferred provider organization, not a health maintenance organization.
