The Eagles beat the Redskins, 28-13, at Lincoln Financial Field on Monday night. Golden Tate, Darren Sproles and Jordan Matthews all scored touchdowns.

4:48 4th -- Eagles 28, Redskins 13: Jake Elliott kicked a 44-yard field goal.

11:45 4th -- Eagles 25, Redskins 13: Jake Elliott kicked a 46-yard field goal to extend the Eagles' lead.

12:47 4th: Nate Gerry intercepted Mark Sanchez to continue the Eagles' momentum.

14:15 4th -- Eagles 22, Redskins 13: With another 1st and goal, this time the Eagles converted as Carson Wentz threw a four-yard touchdown pass to Jordan Matthews. Wentz then threw to Golden Tate for a successful two-point conversion.

8:34 3rd: On 1st and goal at the Washington 5-yard line, Carson Wentz threw an interception, and Josh Norman returned it 38 yards the other way.

15:00 3rd: At the end of halftime of ESPN’s broadcast, sideline reporter Lisa Salters said Washington starting quarterback Colt McCoy fractured the fibula in his right leg.

0:19 2nd -- Eagles 14, Redskins 13: Dustin Hopkins kicked a 47-yard field goal for Washington.

1:46 2nd -- Eagles 14, Redskins 10: Darren Sproles scored in his first game since Week 1, a 14-yard touchdown run that gave the Birds the lead back. Jason Kelce gave Sproles an impressive block along the way.

4:08 2nd: On fourth and goal at the 1, the Eagles went for it, but Washington stuffed Josh Adams.

9:36 2nd -- Redskins 10, Eagles 7: Mark Sanchez’s first play from scrimmage was a handoff to Adrian Peterson at Washington’s 10-yard line... and of course, Peterson went right up the middle and ran 90 yards for a touchdown.

9:43 2nd: Washington quarterback Colt McCoy left the game with a leg injury, leading to Mark Sanchez taking the field in a stadium where he once was one of the Eagles' backups. It was his first game action since suiting up for the Dallas Cowboys in Philadelphia in the final week of the 2016 season.

13:46 2nd -- Eagles 7, Redskins 3: Washington’s Dustin Hopkins kicked a 44-yard field goal.

7:31 1st -- Eagles 7, Redskins 0: The Birds scored an opening-drive touchdown for the first time since Week 6, as Carson Wentz led a 12-play, 75-yard drive that ended with a six-yard pass to Golden Tate in the end zone. It was Tate’s first touchdown as an Eagle.
