A heavyset bald man is being sought by the FBI and Philadelphia police in the holdup yesterday of the TD Bank at 217 W. Lehigh Ave. Authorities said that the man gave a teller a demand note shortly before 1 p.m. and left with an undisclosed sum of cash. He is described as a Hispanic man in his late 20s or early 30s with closely cropped mustache and beard. Anyone with information about his identity should call the FBI at 215-418-4000.</description>
