'Real Housewives of NJ' hubby rejects plea deal
PATERSON, N.J. - The husband of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member Teresa Giudice has turned down a final plea deal to charges of obtaining a phony driver's license.
Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice faces up to ten years in prison if convicted.
The Record newspaper ( http://bit.ly/YvfSLi) reports his lawyer, Miles Feinstein, would not say what prosecutors were offering. But the lawyer says the deal included prison time.
The 43-year-old is accused of using his brother's identity to obtain a driver's license while his own license was suspended for driving while intoxicated in 2010.
No trial date has been set.
