Bill O'Reilly may be leaving FOX network a lot sooner
Fox News presenter Bill O'Reilly's position with the network is in talks to end after a slew of sexual harassment allegations. On Tuesday, an African-American woman came forward, claiming O'Reilly made grunting noises at her and called her "hot chocolate." Since April, O'Reilly has been at the center of a sexual harassment scandal, allegedly paying out $13 million in settlements to keep the alleged victims quiet. Sources say a board meeting with Fox's parent company, 21st Century Fox, will be held on Thursday to discuss O'Reilly's future. The loss of the presenter could potentially mean a drop in ratings for the network, as his segment attracted over 4 million viewers a night. His lawyer, Marc E. Kasowitz, claims that the scandal is an attempt by liberal groups to destroy O'Reilly and the network due to "political and financial reasons."
