Aug. 27 -- This weekend is the ten-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. It made landfall in New Orleans, as a Category Three storm, on August 29th, 2005, and in the weeks that followed, an estimated eighteen-hundred people died. Tens of thousands lost their homes. Another casualty of Katrina was New Orleans‘s biggest hospital. Now, almost a decade later, its replacement has finally opened. Bloomberg‘s David Gura reports.
