Philadelphia narcotics officers raid a West Oak Lane grocery store on Sept. 11, 2007, alleging that the store owner is illegally selling ziplock bags used to package drugs. The officers ask routine questions, then focus on the store's video surveillance system. Officer Anthony Parrotti cuts wires to a camera with a kitchen knife.
