Man throws hot coffee at cashier


This video shows a man inside Fresh Donuts on the 3000 block of Lancaster Avenue, Philadelphia, at 11:05 a.m., engaging with an argument with a cashier over payment. He then grabs a cup of hot coffee from the employee's hand and throws it on her causing severe burns. The offender was accompanied by a second male (seen on the left wearing a green hat) and was seen arriving in a tan or gold Cadillac.

The suspect is described as a black male, about 40-years-old, 6'2″, 200 lbs, with a mustache, glasses, tan suit and tie, tan shoes and a gold watch. Police ask anyone with information on his identity to either call 911; or, submit a tip via telephone, dial 215.686.TIPS (8477); or, text a tip to PPD TIP or 773847.
