Charlie Sheen's Offer for LiLo's Dress

Charlie Sheen reportedly offered to pay for half of Lindsay Lohan's gown she wore to the amfAR gala in New York City last week. Sheen has given the troubled starlet $100,000 to pay her tax debt.
