Tune Up Philly

Tune Up Philly has a long way to go before realizing its dream of putting after-school music lessons in schools across the city. But Saturday the El Sistema-inspired program showed the fruits of its labor: an orchestra concert at St. Francis de Sales School in West Philadelphia with its first crop of student talent.
