Philadelphia’s Stray and Unwanted Animals Wind Up Here

Students from Penn’s School of Veterinary Medicine study here as part of their clinical training. But many also volunteer thousands of hours of their free time to give these animals the best chance of being adopted. Video by Ronnie Polaneczky / Daily News
