Wing Bowl odds: Who's the favorite?

options

Another year, another Wing Bowl.

Twenty-six eaters have their sights set on being the 20th annual SportsRadio 94 WIP Wing Bowl champion on Friday, Feb. 3 at the Wells Fargo Center.

Some have a better chance than others, and Al Morganti released the odds Wednesday morning.

Despite being the three-time defending champion, Super Squibb has company as the co-favorite with Takeru Kobayashi. Super Squibb will be looking to win his fourth-consecutive title, something that has never been done in the history of the Wing Bowl.

After setting a world record by devouring a cheesesteak in 24 seconds at last year's event, Kobayashi will compete for the first time, looking for a piece of Wing Bowl immortality.

The lone female eater has the next-best odds to win. Chilita is 3-1 to join Sonja "The Black Widow" Thomas as the only women to win Wing Bowl. This is Chilita's first year competing.

After finishing second in last year's competition, El Wingador is 4-1 to avenge his one-wing loss and capture his sixth crown.

For the second consecutive year, Rick the Manager has the worst odds at 100-1, although he is the only participant to eat off of Wingettes during his eating stunt, so maybe he is already a winner.
