Donovan Morgan, playing in his first game since breaking his wrist April 1, had nine catches for 84 yards and two TDs and Tiger Jones had seven catches for 58 yards and three TDs for the Soul (8-3).

The Soul led 21-19 at the half and outscored the Gladiators (6-4) 20-0 in the third quarter.

"This was a big comeback game for us," said Soul head coach Doug Plank, whose team had lost to Spokane the game before. "I am pleased that we stayed focused and stuck to our game plan when it could have been easy not to."
