About the Soul: They rolled up 83 points against Tampa Bay last week and average an AFL-best 74.2 points per game. San Jose is a distant second at 63.2. . . . Wide receiver Donovan Morgan said Thursday that the pin placed in his fractured wrist is due to come out Tuesday. He is targeting the May 27 game at Cleveland to return. . . . The Soul are so banged up at wide receiver that assistant head coach Clint Dolezel was running pass routes at practice. Dolezel has body size similar to that of Orlando's Bobby Sippio (6-foot-3, 215).

About the Predators: They were winless until last week's ugly 27-24 victory over Georgia. A 27-24 win in the AFL is like 6-3 in traditional football. . . . They blew a 31-point third-quarter lead in a loss to Pittsburgh the previous week. . . . The Predators are coached by Bret Munsey, who led the Soul to the 2008 AFL championship. Defensive back Eddie Moten, who has two interceptions for Orlando this season, was a player on that team.

Up next: The Soul are tentatively scheduled to host Milwaukee on May 5. There is a decent chance, depending on Sixers, Flyers and possibly Wings home playoff games, that the Soul game would be moved.

Welcome aboard: The Soul signed defensive back Leer Biddle, a Lenape High product who played four seasons at William Paterson (2007-10). He is not expected to be active for this week's game.
